About

To keep any positive momentum in my life, I enjoy challenging myself daily. I’m either under a barbell, behind a keyboard, or trying to be the best father I can be. These things keep me grounded and moving forward.

The goal is simple: to help whoever I can — and to start more honest conversations about mental health.

Yeah, mental health awareness has grown in recent years. Although is it enough? Or is it getting drowned out by influencers pushing self-destructive, fake-macho ideologies?

Maybe. Maybe not. But either way, something needs to change.

Check out the resources page if you need immediate support.

I’m not here to sugarcoat things. My approach to mental resilience is rough around the edges. It’s about action. About getting off your ass and doing something. That might not work for everyone, and that’s okay. I’m not here to preach like I’ve got all the answers, because I don’t.

However, I will share what’s worked for me and include insights from the professionals. These posts aren’t about my opinions. It’s about building a resource for anyone struggling that’s rooted in real experience, real effort, and real growth.

Struggle is the Blueprint exists to shift the mental health conversation for all.

If I can help even one person break the cycle of negativity and move toward something better, then it’s all worth it.
